Project Vision

CALs (Community Activated Lots), are a vibrant Placemaking endeavor that hosts an evolving mix of food, culture, and economic activation programs. CALs transform a vacant lot, unused space, into a temporary community asset that continues to foster small business incubation, placemaking, wellness, and cultural celebrations in the heart of the Mid-City along The Boulevard, such as the 9 year activation of the Fair@44 and our new thriving asset at Winona and ECB, Pop-Up Winona
