FREE HAIRCUTS FOR SAN DIEGO FOSTER FAMILIES IN MAY 2023- The People’s Alliance for Justice has teamed up with the Freshly Faded Barbershop, the El Cajon Boulevard Business Improvement Association, with funding from Naturally Affordable Housing— to provide free haircuts to foster families and youth across San Diego during the month of May which is national foster care month.
