To showcase the development successes and continued opportunities available along El Cajon Boulevard, the El Cajon Boulevard Business Improvement Association  will host a development tour.  

This is the fourth installment of the Boulevard BIA Economic Development tour of the El Cajon Boulevard corridor. The tour showcases current projects and opportunities along The Boulevard, as it traverses from University Heights, North Park, Normal Heights, City Heights, Kensington and Talmadge. MTS will be generously providing busses.
