Talmadge Gateway: in partnership with Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation, The City Heights CDC is developing a new property on the corner of Euclid Avenue and El Cajon Boulevard that will serve at risk seniors. In addition to the 60 apartments, there will be retail and office spaces on the ground floor.
